Repeating Redundancies Editors hate when you repeat things again. Its annoying for the editors to go through what you write and take out what you already said twice. Funny though, the way acronyms are used in language are often inappropriate. Example: I got money out of the ATM machine. But ATM stands for automated teller machine. So what you just said was I got money out of the automated teller machine machine. A good copy editor has his eyes out for the following.
